Description
The Wire walker is garnet red in colour. Perfumed and fragrant. This wine displays a generosity of ripe berry fruits complimented by savoury spice. The palate is generous offering sumptuous fruit framed by elegant supple tannins. Pinot Noir is still a relatively new variety for the Orange region, but it is showing excellent promise in this cool, mountainous, continental climate.
VITICULTURE
Harvested in the cool of the morning
VINIFICATION
Approximately 15% of selected parcels kept to ferment. Remainder of the grapes were destemmed sorted and placed in close fermenters. Wild yeast carried out the primary ferment. Monitored and tasted daily. Extended maceration for greater depth. Pressed, and racked to oak.

All such notification should take place within 28 days, to enable us to accept them for a refund. Replacement or refund will not be made until the original item has been returned to us unused and undamaged in their original packaging.

- Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 3 days.
