Description

As this is an unoaked Chardonnay, the fruit really shines through. Medium bodied with aromas of yellow fruit and hints of pineapple. It is elegant yet complex. Filling the mouth with plenty of interest; lots of fruit, with long tasting freshness and well-balanced acidity.A fresh bouquet against a backdrop of creamy aromas and a scent of mango. Ripe, juicy and fruit-driven.

Perfect it rich salmon, or slow cooked pork, sausages or roast chicken.

Goyenechea Winery was founded in 1868 by the brothers Santiago and Narciso Goyenechea. These Spanish immigrants commenced their business activity in Argentina by establishing wine and spirits stores in Buenos Aires. Later on they purchased an estate and winery in Villa Atuel, to the south of the Mendoza Province. A few decades later, between 1930 and 1940, the Goyenechea and the Arizu families planted vines and developed the largest vineyard in the world. By that time, their wines were sold everywhere in Argentina!
